Response time
We aim for 2 business days. Bug reports and corrections get priority; new calculator requests take longer because we want to think about them properly. If you have not heard back in a week, your email probably went to spam — please resend.
Bug reports
Please include: (1) the URL of the calculator, (2) the inputs you entered, (3) the result you expected, and (4) the result you got. Screenshots help enormously. We fix bugs within 7 days, often within 24 hours.
Calculator requests
We add new calculators based on reader requests. Tell us what you cannot find anywhere else — and what you would want it to do that no existing calculator does. We will reply with our plan and a rough timeline.
Before you email
A few things that may save us both time:
- We cannot give personalized financial, medical, legal, or tax advice. Our calculators are educational tools. For decisions about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.
- We do not accept guest posts or sponsored content. Please do not pitch SEO articles, link exchanges, or paid placements — we will decline.
- We do not sell advertising directly. All ads are served through Google AdSense.
- We do not have an API. Calculators run in your browser; there is no backend to query.
- If you want to republish an article or calculator, ask — we are generous with non-commercial permissions.
